Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Aloe Gear, we maintain a physical, stock-holding warehouse in Boksburg. We do not drop-ship; every order is inspected and dispatched by our technical team to ensure your gear arrives ready for the bush.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
2. Transit Times (Delivery Speed) Once dispatched from our Boksburg warehouse, estimated delivery times are:
- Main Centres (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–4 Business Days.
- Regional & Outlying Areas: 5–7 Business Days.
- Please note: Transit times are estimates and apply to business days only.
3. Shipping Costs & Tiers We offer transparent, weight-based shipping calculated at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (Up to 15kg): R150.00
- Heavy Duty Shipping (15kg – 25kg): R245.00
- Orders over 25kg: Calculated automatically at checkout.
- FREE SHIPPING: Available for all orders over R3,000.00.
4. Delivery Restrictions
- We deliver to any physical address within South Africa via trusted door-to-door couriers.
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or PostNet Suites.
5. Tracking & Accuracy
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct physical address; Aloe Gear cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
6. Damaged Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, notify us at info@aloegear.com within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and the product so we can initiate a replacement.
